Pricing

Prices, in public. Limits too.

Hiding a price behind a form wastes your evening and ours. Here are the real numbers, and the ceiling on every line is written beside them, so nobody finds it in week three.

The plans

Three tiers. Each one names its own ceiling.

Every tier is a one time build fee plus a monthly plan. The build fee pays for making the site. The monthly is what keeps it live and looked after, and it includes your changes. It runs for as long as we are the ones running the site.

The build fee is paid in two stages: half to book the dates, half on launch day. The monthly starts the month after you go live and can be cancelled in any month. There are no setup fees on top, and nothing renews at a higher price.

Side by side

Where each tier stops.

The row that matters most is the last one. A plan with no ceiling is a plan that gets worse for everybody who is already on it.

The monthly

What the plan actually buys.

It keeps the site up.

Hosting, the security certificate, and a monthly check that every page loads and every form still works.

Your changes are in it.

Send them by message or email. They come back inside your tier reply time, done, not queued behind a ticket number and not billed line by line.

The ceiling is stated, not hidden.

Minutes and requests are both capped so the plan stays worth running. Go past the cap and we quote the extra work before starting it, so the only bill you ever get is one you agreed to.

You own it either way.

The design, the code and the words are yours from week one and stay yours whatever happens. What the monthly buys is us running it. Stop the plan and you take every file and host it wherever you like.

Pricing questions

What people ask about the money.

What does 15 minutes or 1 request, whichever comes first, actually mean?

A month's changes stop at whichever limit you hit first. Send one change that takes forty minutes and the month is used up. Send three tiny ones and the request count runs out before the clock does. We wrote it that way because unlimited small changes is how a monthly plan quietly stops being worth running, and a plan nobody wants to run is a plan you get served badly on. Anything past the cap is quoted before we start it, and nothing rolls over.

Is the monthly compulsory?

While we are running the site, yes. It pays for the hosting, the monthly checks and your changes, and it is the reason we are still here a year later instead of having moved on to the next build. We would rather say that plainly than bury it in a footnote. What it is not is a hold on your work: stop the plan and the site comes with you.

Why is the build fee so much lower than a custom agency?

Because the tiers are configurations of work we have already built, not a blank page every time. Starter and Growth use our own design system. Pro is where genuinely custom sections get drawn, which is most of the gap between the numbers.

What is not in the price?

Domain registration, any paid fonts or photography you choose, and anything past your tier's ceiling. There are no setup fees, no launch fees, and nothing to pay before you have a price in writing.

What if I need more changes than the cap allows?

Send them anyway. We quote the extra before we start, at a rate we agree once rather than argue about monthly, and you decide. If it happens most months you are on the wrong tier and we will say so instead of quietly billing you every time. Moving up costs the difference in build fee, not the whole tier again.

What happens if I stop the monthly?

You get everything: the files, the design, the code and the domain, handed over within five working days. What stops is us running it, so you will need somewhere to host it and someone to make the changes. No exit fee, no notice period, and we will help you move it rather than make it awkward.

Know which tier fits?

Or send us what you are trying to do and we will tell you which of the three applies, for free.
