Three services, and we tell you where each one runs out.

Every studio lists what it includes. The useful half is what it does not, so that is on this page too.

01 / Launch

A new site, from nothing.

You have a business and no site, or a site so old you would rather start again. We write the words, design the pages, build them, and put it live. Two weeks for a Starter landing page, longer as the page count goes up.

What is included

  • A written back and forth where we work out what the site has to do
  • Copy written for your buyers, in their words
  • One to ten pages, depending on the tier
  • Built as plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Tested on real phones before launch
  • Speed measured on the live site, numbers handed to you
  • One to three rounds of structural feedback, by tier
  • Every login handed over on launch day

What is not

  • Logo design and brand identity from scratch
  • Photography and video shoots
  • Ongoing search work after launch
  • Shops, logins, booking systems and payments

When this is the wrong choice

If you need a shop with a hundred products, or customer accounts, this is the wrong shape and we will say so in the first few messages rather than sell it to you.

02 / Rebuild

You have a site. It is not working.

It loads slowly, it looks its age, or people arrive and leave. We keep your domain and your search history and put a new site on it.

What is included

  • A read of what your current site does and does not do
  • Your existing text rewritten, not just moved across
  • The same web addresses kept so search results survive
  • New design and new build on the same domain
  • A before and after on speed, measured
  • One to three rounds of structural feedback, by tier

What is not

  • Rescuing content from a platform that will not export
  • Rebuilding a shop or a booking system
  • Recovering a site that has been taken down

When this is the wrong choice

If the current site brings in good work and only looks dated, a smaller piece of care work may be all it needs. We will tell you that instead of quoting a rebuild.

03 / Care

The part most studios stop doing.

A site is not finished on launch day. Care is the monthly plan bundled into every tier. You send us what needs changing and we do it, within your tier cap, at no extra charge. If you wanted to spend evenings inside a page editor, you would have built the site yourself.

What is included

  • Hosting and the security certificate
  • A reply inside your tier time: three, two or one business days
  • Changes made up to your monthly cap, not queued
  • Monthly check that every page still loads and every form still works
  • Speed checked monthly, with the numbers sent to you
  • Backups you can ask for at any time
  • You send the change, we make it. Nothing for you to learn or log into

What is not

  • Work past your monthly cap, which is quoted before it starts
  • New pages and new sections, which are quoted separately
  • Search marketing and paid ads
  • Writing your content for you every month

When this is the wrong choice

If you would rather host it yourself and never change anything, say so in the first few messages. We will build it, hand over every file, and charge you nothing monthly. You just will not have us on the other end when something needs doing.
